1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Zestparagon LLC is a 100% digital services company. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All deliverables — including websites, design files, SEO reports, banner graphics, and any other work product — are delivered electronically.

No shipping fees, customs charges, or postal delays apply to any of our services.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY METHODS

Depending on the service purchased, deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:

Email — Documents, reports, invoices, and small files sent directly to the Client's registered email address.
File sharing link — Large files (design assets, source files, export packages) delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
Direct transfer — Website files transferred directly to the Client's hosting environment, server, or CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) upon project completion and full payment.
Live deployment — For web development projects, the final website may be launched live directly to the Client's domain upon approval and full payment clearance.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines vary by service type and are confirmed in the project proposal. Below are standard estimates:

Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and all required materials have been provided by the Client.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AFFECTING DELIVERY

Delivery timelines depend on the Client's prompt cooperation. Delays may occur if the Client:

Fails to provide required content, assets, or access credentials on time.
Takes longer than the agreed timeframe to review and approve deliverables.
Requests significant scope changes mid-project.

Zestparagon LLC will notify the Client in writing if a delay occurs and provide a revised delivery estimate. The Company is not held liable for delays caused by the Client.

5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A project or deliverable is considered successfully delivered when:

Files have been sent to the Client's email or shared via a file-sharing link, or
The website or deliverable has been made accessible to the Client (live URL, staging link, or shared folder).

The Client has 5 business days from the delivery date to review and raise any concerns. After this period, the deliverable is considered accepted.

6. FAILED OR UNDELIVERED FILES

If you have not received your deliverable within the expected timeframe, please:

Check your spam or junk email folder.
Verify that the email address on file is correct.
Contact us directly at +1 (564) 212-3953 or through our contact page.

We will re-send any deliverable at no charge if the issue is on our end.

7. FILE RETENTION

Zestparagon LLC retains copies of completed project files for 90 days after delivery. After this period, files may be deleted. Clients are responsible for backing up and safely storing all delivered files.

If a Client requires files to be resent after the 90-day period, a file retrieval fee may apply.

8. RUSH DELIVERY

Rush delivery (faster than standard timelines) is available upon request and subject to team availability. Rush orders may incur an additional fee of 25–50% of the standard project price, confirmed in writing before work begins.
