Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable. The deposit covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation performed before visible deliverables are produced.

Completed Work

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the agreed revision scope.

Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO retainers)

Monthly service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
